"Just Past the Eddy"

You may have visited my "Cross's Studio" blog before, well this blog is dedicated to my trips fly fishing the Midwest (Indiana 99% of the time). I have always got caught up in telling fishing stories, and thought....why not write down these stories..with some pictures. Being a fine artist I am inspired by experiences outdoors, and my paintings often reflect stories I have told.
The title from this blog came to my mind from fishing stories told over time. It always seems that when I or a friend of mine is telling about their day on the streams or creeks "eddies" become part of the story all too often. If you know anything about fishing streams, creeks, or rivers you know that an eddy can play an important role in catching fish. If you aren't familiar with this term you can check it out here:

So to make a long story short...this blog is dedicated to my stories on the water.
So..here we go. I'd love to hear your comments....and maybe your stories.
